THE HISTORY
Empowering the Future of Classical Performance
Arch City Opera Project was founded with a singular objective: to bridge the critical gap between academic training and professional operatic careers. We recognize that a young singer’s journey requires more than the classroom—it calls for a supportive environment for intensive study, experienced mentorship, and the rigor of meaningful performance opportunities.
By blending traditional classical values with contemporary professional standards, we provide a platform where local artists can refine their craft and develop their artistic voices. Each production we mount and masterclass we host contributes to building a more vibrant and inclusive operatic community.
Students from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Webster University, and Tessitura Music have exclusive access to this training program, allowing them to continue honing their craft while gaining valuable professional experience.
